The formulation should b made more bioavailable by enteric coating. I am suggesting this as very few bioavailable formulation are available in the market. This is low strength but it being less bioavailable, requires to b taken with increased frequency

DIM is known to supress excessive estrogen by converting it to weaker forms, hence freeing up testosterone by prohibiting aromatase activity. Its used in treatment of breast cancer for the same reason. Paired up with bioperine, it boosts the bioavailability of DIM while bioperine itself acts as estrogen blocker significantly. Nutrija rocks.

I have been using Nutrija’s DIM for more than a month now. I started taking DIM due to hormonal imbalance. I was facing problems before and during my periods. I was having various reactions (PMS) due to not having a balance in my hormones. But since I started taking Nutrija DIM I have noticed a significant change. I did not have any mood swings before my periods. I am more calm. Seems like it worked! Just ordered more of this product!Thank you!
